专利摘要:
Tires are improved against puncture damage by at least partially filling the inside of the tire with hollow spheres which contain a gas and whose thin shell consists of synthetic material, these spheres having a diameter of between 0.01 and 0.04 mm. and a density of 0.005 to 0.25 g/cc., and/or by lining at least a portion of the surface of the inner wall of the tire with a strip of composite material of low density comprising a suspension of said hollow spheres in a mass of liquid or pasty synthetic material of low molecular weight.

(5) CAR WHEEL BUS
one
The invention relates to the tire industry, in particular to tire designs.
A known tire of a car's wheel contains hollow balls with gas located in its RELOXES, the shell of which is made of synthetic material ij.
The disadvantage of this construction is that with punctured tires mentioned, the balls do not close the puncture well enough, which leads to a deterioration of the performance of the tire.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the puncture seal.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the tire is provided with a layer of paste-like synthetic material with a mol. weighing 1000–7500 and a density of 0.05–0.60 kg / dm, in which balls of 0.01–0.4 mm in diameter and a density of 0.05–0.25 kg / dm are homogenous, with at least on one surface2
This layer of material has a protective coating. .
Balls can be made of polyvinyl dylene chloride, and the pasty material 5 can be made of polyamide and / or polyisobutylene.
At least a portion of the inner wall of the tire may be covered by said layer of material. 10 FIG. 1 and 2 shows a tire, a cut, embodiments.
The tire 1 of a car wheel contains 2 hollow balls 3 filled with gas located in its cavity. Their casing is made of synthetic material, for example, polyvinyl dichloride.
The tire 1 is provided with a layer 4 of paste-like synthetic material 20 5. in which the balls 3 and the protective coating 6 are placed on at least one surface.
Pasty synthetic material 5 is molecular weight.
39
1000-7500 and a density of 0.05-0.60 kg / dm and can be made of polyamide and / or polyisobutylene.
Balls 3 have a diameter of 0,010, 4 mm and a density of 0.05-0.25 kg / dm.
For a pneumatic tire operating under normal conditions, it is usually sufficient to place the layer k of the composite material on a part of the inner surface 7 in the zone 8 of the tire raceway, since almost all the accidents occur in this zone (Fig. 1).
IF a pneumatic tire is intended for use in military vehicles, it is preferable to coat the entire inner surface 7 of tire 1 in combination with the filling of cavity T with tire 3, so that the sidewalls of the pneumatic tire are also protected (Fig. 2).
Preferred use of balls of various sizes. In this case, smaller balls fill the gaps between the larger ones, so that less synthetic material is required, which favorably reflects on the density of the composite material.
When the wheel is rolling under the influence of centrifugal force, the smallest balls are gradually collected on the inner wall of the tire, blocking there immediately and permanently mechanical damage and penetration into the damaged areas. The small granulometry of the balls (preferably from 0.02 to 0 mm, 1 mm) and their smooth outer surface contribute to their penetration into damage, and these balls behave like soft rubber cork. They are not squeezed out of the hole by centrifugal force, as their density is low.
A tire made in the first embodiment, after a through puncture of a tire with a layer of composite material 5 mm thick, with a tool 5 mm in diameter removed after a puncture, after 1100 km it can move at a normal speed while the tire is.
76894
filled only with air and punctured with the same tool, it goes out of operation after 5 km of run.
